How long is the warranty period for Nosiboo products?
The warranty for each electric Nosiboo deviceis provided for 2 years (24 months) valid only if the device was used according to its intended purpose. The warranty period starts on the date the product is handed over to the consumer, or, if the installation is carried out by the business or its authorized representative, on the date of installation.
For information on the proper use of your Nosiboo, please refer to the User manual that came with the device or it can be found on our website as well. Please check the serial number of your device to make sure you read the relevant document on the website: https://en.nosiboo.eu/downloads/
The serial number is located at the bottom of the device with the format ZIG / PRO / NO / GOXXXXXXXXXX.
I believe my device is defective as it does not operate as it used to. What should I do?
Please read the Troubleshooting guide and Malfunction management guide chapters of the User manual.
If the problem has been resolved, you can keep on using your Nosiboo.
If the malfunction is present while
the device was used according to its intended purpose the device is covered by the warranty.
If the warranty is not valid anymore, or if the device wasn’t used according to its intended purpose, our service station will perform an inspection on the defective Nosiboo and inform you about the repair cost.
I checked my device and it was used as described in the User manual, but I still experience unusual issues while using it. What should I do?
In this case, please contact the company you purchased the product from. You will need an invoice and / or the warranty card.
Can I send my device directly to the Nosiboo service station?
Of course, you can validate your warranty this way as well. In this case, please contact our customer service, our colleagues are happy to help you.
My Nosiboo is defective. What is the procedure for warranty and non-warranty cases? Who bears the shipping costs?
If a malfunction occurs, the best solution is to have our technicians inspect the device as the problem is often difficult to detect at a distance. If the purchase was made within 24 months, the shipping costs are covered by the distributor or the manufacturer. If the warranty has expired, you will be responsible for the costs.

How much time does it take to perform the service process?
From the time the device is sent to the service centre until the day it is delivered to the customer the service process takes 1-4 weeks.
Is there a warranty for the repaired device or its spare parts?
Yes, there is! We offer a 12 months of warranty for the replaced part if the device was used as intended. The warranty does not apply to consumable spare parts. (Spare parts like these include e.g. Colibri/ Penguin head, nose tip, air mesh and the Nosiboo Pro’s connecting unit and tube.)
In what cases does the warranty not apply?
Problems that are caused by overuse, abuse, misuse, unauthorized transformation, foreign intervention, improper treatment, foreign repair or assembly (inspection proves), improper storage, industrial use, elemental damage, external factors such as contaminations, liquid and nasal discharge in the motor compartment, current fluctuations, damages due to Act of God and failure to follow the instructions described in the User manual, or improper cleaning and maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is not valid in the event of damage, illegibility or lack of markings, serial number, labels or inscriptions which are there for the identification of the product. In case any correction, deletion, overwriting or incorrect data is registered on the warranty card, the warranty card is invalid, and therefore the warranty does not apply.
